When we first met our client Dr. Raj, a GP & Cosmetic Doctor, some 18 months ago, he had built up a great reputation for his expertise in Botox and Dermal fillers, mole removal and other well-known aesthetic treatments, and he had just invested (considerably!), and trained, in the latest Radio Frequency (RF) based technologies & treatments. He had also invested in training for his Aesthetics Therapists, so it was time to set about finding clients to fill everyone’s schedules with these higher priced, premium treatments
Easier said than done when juggling running a clinic, as well as a GP practice and consulting, as was the case for our client. He was busy and didn't have the time, or the expertise for marketing his new treatments! However, the therapists still needed paying and the RF platforms needed paying off, not to mention the ambition to keep growing the clinic! You know where he was at right?
In stepped Sarah, ONCREE`s founder, who initially visited the clinic for her own aesthetic treatment and who, with her 25 years of Marketing experience, quickly grasped his dilemma. Knowing what is required to succeed in today's competitive online space and with a deep and personal understanding of the clinic’s ideal client, Sarah identified that this doctor was actually faced with a very exciting opportunity.
And 18 months on, we are still working together having tripled the size of the clinic's database, increased organic traffic by a whopping 170% and filled the clinic schedule with high-revenue treatments. The Clinic is achieving revenue growth beyond expectations, is highly profitable and has bought its second machine. The desired expansion has happened and the clinic continues to grow.
So how did we do this?
We started with a full audit of all of the clinics' online presence, and past marketing activity. They had dabbled with Facebook Ads, but had had no follow-up process in place, they didn't have a Clinic CRM software and were relying on our client for all of the follow up! Obviously, he was way too busy for that, so lots of potential business was left on the table. He had an excellent reputation for Botox and Dermal Fillers, amongst other treatments, so had a solid database to draw upon, but no way of automating any of this activity. The Clinic website was also out of date and their social media was getting very little engagement. It was time for an overhaul. And the ONCREE team were perfectly placed to take on the challenge.

In parallel, we created Facebook and Instagram campaigns that have driven incredible returns on investment!
Paid Media: We built full Facebook Ads campaigns & Funnels based on in-depth customer research and purchase data, using our proven systems . We created a series of habit and interest-based audiences to cultivate cold traffic, nurture warm audiences and effectively re-target existing customers in order to maximise leads. This was combined with follow-up email & SMS sequences.
Within the first 18 months of working with ONCREE, the clinic has a sustainable marketing model that doesn’t rely entirely on our client. He has changed his profile in the local area from the Botox Doctor to the leader in Radio Frequency treatments bringing him a schedule packed with high-end clients, strong return business and excellent client testimonials. He has bought a second RF machine, hired more staff, seen his profits rocket & even had the resources to build an online shop!
And this all happened throughout 2020 and 2021; a challenging time for all.
With a new CRM system now in place we were able to nurture the clinic's leads and with just £2.7k in Ad Spend*, the clinic converted that into an almost immediate £40k revenue. Generating 148 leads with the cost of £18 per lead, we continue to nurture these leads with email and SMS marketing.
Organic traffic increased by a whopping 170% and Direct traffic tripled!
As we took an holistic approach to the clinics online marketing, we have also achieved an impressive growth in organic and direct traffic to the website.
